In medium bowl combine apple, yogurt, and Large eggs; add in to flour mix, stirring till just combined.

Spoon batter into prepared miffin c. and bake 20 to 25 min or possibly till centers spring back when gently pressed.

Cold muffins in pan 5 min; remove from pan and cold till able to handle.

Meanwhile, heat remaining 1/2 stick butter.

In small bowl, combine remaining 3/4 c. sugar and the cinnamon.
