Add flours and lemon juice and combine.

Next add the butter until mixed inches.

Gradually add the sugar and water until it is all mixed up.

In a bowl, combine together all ingredients.

In the bowl halve your mixture down the centre.

Now remove pastry from fridge.

Half the pastry and roll it out.

Place half your apple mixture to one side of the pastry.

Fold it in half and pinch together the sides or use a fork /back of a spoon.

Now repeat for the other half of the pastry and mixture.

Place it on a tray and bake in moderate oven for 20-25 minutes on or until golden brown.
