Apple Cinnamon Detox Water

   Cut apples into thin slices and place one sliced apple into one 2 quart pitcher, and the other sliced apple into another

   Place two cinnamon sticks in one pitcher, and the other two in the other pitcher.

   Pour half a gallon of purified water equally among both pitchers.

   Steep overnight in refrigerator.

   It's best to drink 3 tall glasses or more of this a day.

   It really will help flush out the pounds.

   You can Re-use the apple and cinnamon sticks a few times until the apples have browned.
