Dissolve yeast in water.

Set aside till foamy.

Meanwhile, heat lowfat milk, sugar, butter and salt in a small saucepan to 110 degrees.

In a mixing bowl combine the lowfat milk mix, yeast mix and Large eggs; mixing well.

Add in sufficient flour and stir till a soft dough forms.

Turn out onto a floured surface and knead dough 5 min or possibly till elastic.

Oil a large bowl, place dough in bowl, turn to coat all sides; cover and let rise in a hot place about 1 hour.

Remove from heat and add in brown sugar, cinnamon, orange peel and pecans.

Once dough has risen, roll out on floured surface to an 11- by 9-inch rectangle.

Fold dough in thirds lengthwise to make 11- by 3-inch roll.

Arrange pcs, cut-side up, in greased 9-inch springform pan forming a ring.

Cover and let rise 40 min.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Bake for 30 to 35 min or possibly till golden.

Remove from pan and place on a serving plate.
