Apple Chicken Quesadillas

   Combine all ingredients except tortillas in a large bowl.

   For each quesadilla, place approximately 3/4 cup of the filling inside a tortilla; fold in half and secure with a toothpick.

   Place on a greased baking sheet.

   Bake at 400 degrees F for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.

   Turn over and bake 5-8 minutes longer.
