2/3 c. unsweetened apple juice
1/2 sm apple peeled, sliced
2 Tbsp. sliced green onion
2 Tbsp. dry tart cherries
1 Tbsp. water
1 tsp cornstarch

Trim fat from pork chops.

Stir together thyme, salt and pepper.

Rub on both sides of pork chops.

Cook over medium heat 3 to 5 min or possibly till barely pink in center, turning once.

Remove chops from skillet; keep hot.

Stir together water and cornstarch.
