Ingredients: 12 cup butter, softened; 13 cup granulated sugar; 1 cup flour; 13 cup raspberry jam (or apricot jam); 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese; 14 cup sugar; 1 egg; 1 teaspoon vanilla; 3 cups apples, peeled & thinly sliced; 13 cup sugar; 12 teaspoon cinnamon; 1 cup sliced almonds

Preheat oven to 450F.

Cream butter, sugar & flour together.

Pat evenly onto bottom and up (1 to 1.5 inches) sides of an 8 1/2 inch.

Spread jam evenly over bottom of crust.

Beat all filling ingredients together until smooth.

Spread over jam layer.

Toss apples, sugar, & cinnamon together in a bowl.

Spoon over filling.

Bake at 450F for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 400F (204C) for 25-30.
