Apple & Cheese Bird Muffins *This is an exotic bird/parrot recipe.*

   Preheat oven to 350F.

   Mix the first 5 ingredients together in a bowl.

   Wash the eggs, then blenderize the eggs with the shells included.

   Add butter, sugar, apple and carrot to the eggs.

   Blenderize briefly to mix.

   Stir together with dry ingredients until just combined.

   Spoon into greased muffin tins.

   Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until springy to the touch.
