1/2 c. water

1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 Golden Delicious apple, chopped
1 1/4 c. unsweetened applesauce
3 eggs
1/2 c. prunes, chopped

8 pkg. Equal
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. self-rising flour

Combine raisins, water and 1 package Equal in small saucepan. Simmer over medium heat until all water is absorbed.

In large bowl, combine oil, apple, applesauce, eggs, prunes, cinnamon, allspice, vanilla and 8 packages Equal.

Combine flour, soda and salt and add to batter.

Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan coated with vegetable cooking spray.
