4 1/2 c. chopped apples
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. oil
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract

In large bowl, combine apples, sugar, oil, walnuts, eggs and vanilla.

Add flour mixture.

Stir gently with wooden spoon to blend.

Turn into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

Bake at 350u00b0 for 50 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched.

Cool in pan on rack.
