1 3/4 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda

Put apple slices in a large bowl.

Break the eggs over them and add sugar, cinnamon, oil and raisins.

Add remaining ingredients. Mix well with a fork.

Bake for 55 minutes in a 350u00b0 oven in a 9 x 13-inch pan that has been greased and floured.

Do not open the oven before 45 minutes has elapsed.
