Apple Butter Sweet Rolls Recipe

   Spray twelve 2 1/2-inch muffin c. with nonstick spray coating; set muffincups aside.

   On a lightly floured surface roll thawed dough to a 12x8-inch rectangle.

   Spread apple butter proportionately over dough.

   Sprinkle with currants orraisins.

   Roll up, from a long side, jelly-roll style.

   Healthy pinch seams to seal.

   Cut into 12 slices.

   Place rolls, cut side down, in prepared muffin c..

   Cover and let rise in a hot place for 15 min.

    Bake in a 350 oven for 20 min or possibly until golden brown.

    Remove from pan; place on a wire rack.

    For icing, in a small bowl, combine powdered sugar, orange peel, and sufficient apple or possibly orange juice to make desired consistency.

    Drizzle icing over rolls.
