Preheat oven to 350u00b0F. Toss the chopped apples in lemon juice and set aside. Melt the butter and 10 oz chocolate in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring. Remove from the heat and allow to cool 5-10 mins. Pour the cooled chocolate into a large mixing bowl, add the sugar, vanilla sugar, 1 pinch salt, eggs, 1 3/4 cups walnuts, flour and baking powder. Beat until mixture is smooth, then pour into a greased cake pan.

Distribute apples evenly on top of the mixture. Sprinkle with remaining walnuts. Bake for 40-45 mins. Then allow to cool for 2-3 hours on a wire rack.

To decorate, melt the remaining chocolate with the coconut oil and cream over low heat, stirring. Allow to cool for 15 mins, then drizzle over the cake. Leave for 2 hours to set.
