Apple Brown Bake

   Bake in an 8-inch square baking dish.

   Spray with cooking spray.

   Sprinkle bottom with bread crumbs to coat surface; reserve remaining bread crumbs.

   Squeeze 1 tablespoon lemon juice; set aside.

   Combine lemon, sugar and cinnamon.

   Peel and core apples and cut them into thin slices.

   In a dish, layer 1/3 apples, 1/3 bread crumbs and 1/3 sugar mixture.

   Dot with margarine.

   Repeat 2 more layers.

    Sprinkle with lemon juice.
