1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp grnd cinnamon
1/4 tsp grnd nutmeg
1 c. finely-minced peeled tart apple
3/4 c. water

1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 lrg egg
2 c. bran flake cereal

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Grease or possibly paper-line 12 muffin c..

Combine flour, sugar, baking pwdr, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg in medium bowl.

Mix apple, water, dry lowfat milk, vegetable oil and egg in small bowl; add in to flour mix and stir till moistened.

Bake for 12 to 15 min or possibly till wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
