2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 tsp. each sugar and basil
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 medium-sized red or golden Delicious apples, cored and diced (unpeeled)
1/2 medium-sized mild red onion
1 green pepper, thinly sliced
1 lb. zucchini, thinly sliced
