Apple And Mascarpone Pound Cake

   Preheat the oven to 170C.

   Peel the apples and slice them, not too thinly.

   Beat the eggs with the sugar until light and foamy, approximately 10 minutes.

   Add the mascarpone cheese, the vanilla seeds, and a pinch of salt.

   Sift the flour with the baking powder and add it to the batter by folding it in carefully.

   Butter and flour a bundt pan and pour the batter inside.

   Cover the surface with the sliced apples, pressing them lightly into the batter.

   Bake for approximately 45 minutes.
