1/2 cup apple, chopped and peeled

4 chicken breasts
1 egg white
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs

1 tablespoon flour
3/4 cup apple juice or 3/4 cup apple cider
1/4 cup chicken stock
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
