2 large eggs
1 1/2 tbsp double acting baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 large fuji apple
1 large granny Smith apple
1 large golden delicious apple
1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup water
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup cashew nuts
1/3 cup soften butter
1 nonstick spray

Preheat oven 400 Fahrenheit

Core and Cube the apples, leave peelings on.

Spray an oven safe dish with nonstick spray.

Mix salt, almond flour, baking powder, pecans, cashews, eggs, honey, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, half the cocoa powder, and water.
