2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. shortening
1 can beef consomme
2 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. sweet relish

Combine meat, onion, crumbs, seasonings, eggs and milk.

Mix with a fork.

Brown a few at a time in shortening.
