Apfelstrudl Of Filo Dough (Low Sugar)

   Preheat the oven at 200 C

   Dice the apple and mix with the raisins and cinnamon into a nice tasty mixture

   Wrap it in the filo dough. It doesn't necessarily need to close up.

   Cover the top with nougatines and brush it with a whisked egg.

   Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.

   The filo dough is sturdier than regular strudl dough, so you can serve it upright, which looks awesome!

   Cover with vanillasauce before or after serving.
