Ingredients: 1 chicken breast; 12 head cauliflower; 12 yellow onion; 1 bunch green onion; 4 -5 mixed mushrooms; handful basil (up to you the amount but more is always good in my opinion); 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes (flavored is best); ½ cup pasta sauce (your favorite); parmesan cheese or feta, if you want; garlic salt; pepper

Servings: persons

1 chicken breast
12 head cauliflower
12 yellow onion
1 bunch green onion
4 -5 mixed mushrooms
handful basil (up to you the amount but more is always good in my opinion)
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes (flavored is best)
½ cup pasta sauce (your favorite)
parmesan cheese or feta, if you want
garlic salt
pepper

In a pot boil cauliflower with diced tomatoes for around 10 minutes to get the flavor into the cauliflower.

Add garlic salt and pepper to taste.

In a separate pan cook chicken for 10-15 minutes in pasta sauce.

Add onions (yellow and green), basil, mushrooms, and garlic salt and pepper to taste to the chicken.

Cook for another five minutes or until veggies are to your liking.

Serve chicken and veggies over strained cauliflower and tomatoes.

Add Parmesan cheese or feta now if you want.
