Cover cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper or possibly aluminum foil.

Beat cake mix, water and almond extract in large (4-qt) glass or possibly metal bowl on low speed 30 seconds.

Beat on medium speed 1 minute, scraping bowl occasionally.

Drop half of the mix by teaspoonfuls about 3 inches apart onto parchment paper.

Bake 7 to 9 min or possibly till light golden around edges.

Cold completely before removing from parchment paper.

Drizzle small amount of glaze over each cookie.

Glaze:Heat margarine, cocoa and water in 1-qt saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, till margarine is melted.

Stir in powdered sugar.

High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Stir 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour into dry cake mix.

Beat on medium speed 3 minutes.
