   Espresso Marscapone Cream:

   Using an electic mixure, beat whipped cream until soft peaks form.

   In a large bowl add expresso and boiling water and stir until mixed. Add marscapone cream.

   Fold in whipped cream.

   Berries:

   Wash berries, pat dry. Slice as necessary.

   Cut slices of angel food cake and place on plates. Divide berries among plates. Top with espresso cream. Serve.
