Angel Biscuits Recipe

   Preheat oven to 450.

   Combine baking mix and coconut until well-blended.

   Add in whipping cream until well-blended.

   Turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead about one minute.

   Using a rolling pin, roll out to about 1/2 inch thickness.

   Cut into dough, place 2 inches apart on a greased baking sheet and brush tops with melted margarine.

   Bake 7 to 10 min, or possibly until light brown.

   Can be made ahead of time.

   To reheat: preheat oven to 350, cover biscuits and bake 3 to 5 min.
