Anchovies In Vinegar

   Rinse the anchovies and remove the backbones. Place in a bowl and cover with water. Add a tablespoon of salt. Stir well and set aside for 30 minutes

   Drain the anchovies and rinse. Place in a bowl and cover with vinegar. Refrigerate for approximately 1 day.

   Remove from refrigerator and drain excess vinegar. Add garlic, parsley, and olive oil.
