2 cup sugar
2 cup plain (all-purpose) flour
2 sticks of butter or margarine
1 cup water
3.5 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 beaten eggs

Icing:
1 stick margarine or butter
1/3 cup milk

1 lb powdered sugar

Preheat oven 400 degrees. Flour and grease pan.

Over low heat, melt together butter, water and cocoa.
