For the Meatloaf: Heat butter in skillet over medium heat.

Add in green onions, white onion, carrots, celery, red and green peppers and garlic.

Saute/fry till soft, about 10 min.

Combine salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, nutmeg, cumin and Large eggs in large mixing bowl.

Add in ketchup and half-and-half.

Blend thoroughly with vegetable mix.

Add in turkey, chicken sausage and bread crumbs to vegetable mix.

Mix with hands to create loaf.

Place in a greased 9- by 5-inch loaf pan.

Bake at 350 degrees till cooked through and nicely browned, 45 to 60 min.

Let rest 10 min before serving with Gravy.

For the Gravy: Heat 1 Tbsp.
