Add 2 3/8 cups of sugar to beaten eggs; stir them into dough.

with wooden spoon or hands for 15 minutes. Add 4 to 6 cups of flour and divide the dough into round loaves. Place each loaf in an oiled pan and allow it to double in bulk. Brush the surface of each loaf with the egg and bake in moderate oven (350u00b0) for 50 minutes.
