   Put all ingredients in blender and pulse until thick, but not too smooth (or your juice will be gluggy instead of clear).

   Add extra water to help it move if necessary.

   Pass mixture through sieve once or twice using a large spoon to push the mix around get the juice out.

   Throw away the pulp that`s left in the sieve and it`s done!
