Amazing Cheesy Potatoes

   Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.

   In a large mixing bowl, combine hashbrowns, soup, sour cream, onion, garlic salt, and all but a handful of the shredded cheese.

   Coat a 13x9 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray & spread mixture evenly into baking dish.

   Sprinkle breadcrumbs in a thin layer over the top of the mixture.

   Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle remaining cheese over the top.

   Bake for 1 hour, until golden brown on top and cooked through.
