1-1/4 qt. graham cracker crumbs
1 cup sugar
1-1/3 cups butter, melted
Filling:
3 qt. Cold milk
1/3 cup almond-flavored liqueur
1 pkg. JELL-O Brand Cheesecake Filling Mix
Topping:
3 cups sour cream
3/4 cup sugar
4 tsp. almond-flavored liqueur
2 cups Slivered almonds, toasted

Crust: Mix crumbs, sugar and butter.

Press 1-1/2 cups of the crumb mixture firmly onto bottom and 1 inch up side of each of 4 (9-inch) springform pans (or 1 pan for trial recipe).

Bake in 375F-convection oven for 8 minutes.

Filling: Mix milk and liqueur.

Immediately pour 1-1/4 quarts of the filling over crust in each pan.
