Make the dough: Combine the bread flour, dry yeast and salt in a bowl, then mix.

Mix the water and olive oil together and add little by little.

Knead the dough.

Add the warmed butter and knead for 5 minutes.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.

Preparing the other ingredients: Cut the onion in thin slices against the grain.

Lightly fry the onion in oil (not listed), salt and pepper.

Cut the bacon into 5 cm cubes.

Roll out the pizza dough and top: Roll the dough into a 20 x 25 cm rectangle and spread with yogurt.

Scatter the toppings from Step 3 evenly on top.

Bake the pizza for 20 minutes at 220C.
