Almost Potato Chips

   Wash unpeeled potatoes.

   Slice no more than 1/8 inch thick or they won't crisp up.

   Dip slices in melted butter and arrange on nonstick or lightly greased jelly roll pan (not baking sheets as butter will run off and go into bottom of oven).

   Sprinkle with salt and pepper (if you like).

   Bake at 375u00b0 for 35 minutes or until golden brown.

   Serve hot.
