   ["In large saucepot warm milk with salt.", "Add rice; stir constantly, approximately 50 minutes.", "Add 1/4 cup evaporated milk and raisins.", "Stir until bubbly and the rice is no longer ""spiny."" In the meantime mix the remainder of evaporated milk, eggs, sugar and almond extract in a bowl, take 1 cup of rice and mix into egg mixture.", "Add mixture to rice.", "Cook again until bubbly.", "Let cool; add 1 more cup of whole milk.", "Refrigerate overnight, stir and add more milk to desired consistency."]
