Almond Orange Cupcakes

   Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius.

   In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.

   Beat in the eggs 1 by 1 then mix in the almond flour, orange zest, and orange juice.

   Sift in the cornstarch mixed with the baking powder and beat until just combined.

   Pour the batter into pre-greased cupcake pans.

   Bake for 10 minutes or until golden.

   Once the cupcakes are cool, glaze them.

   To make the glaze, mix the powdered sugar with just a few drops of orange juice at a time until you get the consistency of condensed milk.
