   Butter an 8-inch square baking pan and set aside.

   Chop the nougat bars finely.

   Toss cereal and nuts in bowl to mix.

   Heat butter in large saucepan.

   Add in marshmallows; cook, stirring constantly with wooden spoon, till melted.

   Add in minced nougat, stirring till melted.

   Remove from heat.

    Add in cereal mix; toss till well coated.

    Using buttered spatula, press mix proportionately into prepared pan.
