1/2 c. All-purpose flour
1/2 tsp Cream of tartar
1/4 tsp Double-acting baking soda
1/4 c. Butter
1 x Egg yolk -- lightly beaten
2 x Egg whites
1/4 c. Powdered sugar -- sifted
1/4 c. Shelled almonds -- grnd
1/3 c. Raspberry jam
