Almond And Pear Cake

   Beat the butter with the raw sugar until light and foamy.

   Add the eggs, one at a time.

   Add the rum, the flour, and the almond flour.

   Add the sifted baking powder and mix well.

   Line a 22 centimeter cake pan with wax paper and add the batter.

   Peel the pears and slice them not too thinly, add the prunes, pressing them into the batter.

   Bake at 175C for approximately 50 to 60 minutes.

   Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool completely and sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
