Combine the butter, sugar, honey, flour and cream in a small saucepan; bring to the boil, stirring. Reduce the heat to low; cook, without stirring, for 2 mins. Remove from the heat and stir in the nuts.

Drop level teaspoons of the mixture about 3 inches apart onto the prepared pans.
