Pour the honey water over the bulgar, cover with a lid and simmer gently for about 10 minutes allowing the liquid to be absorbed

Slice the oranges into segments and place into a bowl.

Roughly chop the pistachios and mix with the rest of the honey and 1 tablespoons of water

Place an 8cm wider pastry ring onto a plate, spoon a layer of the cooled bulgar into it and place the nut mixture on top

Carefully remove the ring and decorate the plate with the orange segments
