All-Purpose Multi-Cultural Grilling Sauce

   Clean and corsely chop garlic, parsely, sage and thyme.

   Add peppercorns and salt.

   (At this point you can add any flavores particular to your culture - Chinese Five Spice, fenugreek, curry flavores, etc.)

   Stir in lemon juice and oil, mixing well.

   When well mixed spread on food before cooking as marinade -

   during - as a grilling sauce, and serve with entre as a dipping sauce!
