Ingredients: 1 cup softened butter; 3/4 cup granulated sugar; 3/4 can brown sugar; 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon; 2 large fresh eggs; 2 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract; 2 1/4 cup unsifted flour; 1 tsp baking soda; 1/2 tsp salt; 2 cup high quality chocolate chips

1 cup softened butter
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 can brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 large fresh eggs
2 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 1/4 cup unsifted flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 cup high quality chocolate chips

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F and prep cookie sheet with parchment paper

In a large bowl, cream butter till it's light and fluffy.

Add in sugars and cinnamon, mix till smooth.

In a separate bowl, beat eggs and vanilla , then pour in to butter mixture.

In another bowl, mix together flour, salt, and baking soda.

Add flour mixture to wet ingredients in parts to avoid over mixing(KILLER OF COOKIES)

Add in chocolate chips

Scoop tablespoons of batter onto the cookie sheet ,keep inches apart from eachother , bake for 13 minutes.
