2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
1 x Onion, minced
1 x Red bell pepper, minced
1 pkt Frzn lima beans, (10 oz)
1 x Cooked ham steak, minced
1 can Corn kernels, (15 1/4 oz)
1/2 c. Chicken stock
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Crushed red pepper
1 pkt Cooked orzo, (pasta)
Salt & pepper to taste

In a large skillet, heat 2 Tbsp.

Saute/fry minced onion.

Add in minced red bell pepper, frzn lima beans, cooked ham.

Make sure all is combined.

Add in to skillet: corn and chicken stock.

Continue to saute/fry for 2 min more.
