   Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

   Line a pie pan with about 20 centimeters of parchment paper.

   Cream the butter and brown sugar together. Add the egg and continue beating until well combined.

   Then add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and chocolate. Mix quickly making sure not to overmix.

   Pour the batter out into the pie pan and bake 25 minutes until the top is firm and golden but the inside is tender.

   This is nice topped with heavy cream or vanilla ice cream.
