2 Tbsp. Oil
1 c. Water
1 x Bay leaf
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes, to taste
16 ounce Kidney beans, canned, liquid removed
1 c. Rice, raw
2 med Green pepper, minced
1 med Onion, minced
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Curry pwdr
1/4 tsp Pepper

Preheat oven to 350 Brown beef in oil in skillet.

Add in water, bay leaf, salt and red pepper.

Cover and simmer for 45 min.

Drain beef, reserving broth.

Add in sufficient water to make 2 c. liquid and pour all ingredients into 2 qt casserole dish, cover and bake in oven for 50 min.
