Advent Orange Almond Tart

   In a medium bowl, combine butter sugar, egg, egg yolk, orange zest and flour. Mix everything until well incorporated.

   Divide the dough in half, roll out the first half and place it in the bottom of a tart dish.

   Prepare the filling mixing the almonds, sugar, orange juice and zest.

   Spread the dough with almond mixture.

   Roll out the second half of dough and place on top of the almond mixture.

   Bake for about 25-30 minutes at 150 degrees Celsius .

   Prepare the glaze. Mix orange juice with confectioners sugar and brush the tart right after coming out of the oven.

   Cut the tart while it is still hot. Let it cool before serving.
