6 each chicken breast
1 cup cream cheese
1 packages shredded cheese
1 1/4 tbsp lemon pepper
2 cup corn flakes
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp montreal chicken spice
1/2 each green/red/yellow/orange pepper
1 cup spinach leaves

preheat oven to 350

grind cornflakes

add all dry spices to ground flakes, and mix

slice chicken breast so that two wings are present

pound chicken to flatten a bit

spoon out 1tablespoon of cream cheese and spread onto centre of chicken breast

fold ends of chicken, then roll chicken so insides are not visible
