Addictive! Easy and Sublime Sweet Potato Cakes

   Peel the sweet potatoes, cut into small pieces and soak in water.

   Place the potatoes in a pot and add water just enough to cover the potatoes.

   Boil until they are easily pierced with a toothpick.

   Mash with a potato masher and add the sugar, butter, and milk.

   Combine until smooth.

   Shape step 3 into balls.

   Use plastic wrap so that you can keep your hands clean.

   Brush with the egg yolk and bake in a 180C oven for 10~20 minutes until nicely browned.
