A Really Delicious Recipe

   Take the onion, preferably a Vidalia.

   Peel the onion and quarter 3/4 of the way down the onion.

   Cut a cup shaped depression in the top of the onion.

   Place a piece of margarine on top of onion and salt and pepper.

   Place in microwave for 5 to 8 minutes. Cover with waxed paper.

   This is a great tasty treat.
